Market Development Representative (Financial Crime / AML SaaS) – US Remote, Contract

Quantimon is seeking a Market Development Representative to make initial contact with potential customers by phone and email, with the goal of scheduling meetings for our partnership team.

The ideal candidate has experience engaging compliance, risk, or AML teams at banks, fintechs, or payment companies—and is motivated by the opportunity to help bring next-generation financial crime technology to market.

This is not a senior role, but it’s a pivotal one. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers, helping shape how Quantimon’s story is told. Immediate availability is preferred, and there’s potential for the role to evolve into a longer-term engagement in 2026.

What you bring:

• Experience selling AML, fraud, compliance, regtech, or data/AI solutions

• Comfort running outbound campaigns and managing a lead pipeline

• Existing relationships within compliance, risk, or AML teams (a plus)

• A hands-on, resourceful mindset suited to early-stage startup life

• Excitement to contribute to go-to-market strategy while engaging directly with prospects

This is a contract role that includes base compensation, target-based bonuses, and room to grow as Quantimon expands.
